Please contact us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule an appointment.

What insurance do you participate with?

We are in-network with many of the major insurance companies, including Delta, MetLife, Aetna, United Concordia, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare. We also participate with other insurance providers such as Principal, Sun Life, Lincoln, and more.

We encourage you to check with your dental insurance company regarding your coverage.

Do you accept Medicaid?

No, we do not accept Medicaid at this time.

What do I need to become a patient?

Please reach out to our office to schedule a first appointment.

If you have had x-rays of your teeth taken within one year at another location, please request a copy to be forwarded to us at info@dentalartsvision.com.

If I have dental insurance, do I have to pay anything?

Depending on your dental plan, there is usually a co-payment. To be sure of your benefits, please contact your insurance provider or the Human Resources department of your company.

Do you accept children in your practice?

We are happy to see children 3 years and older.
